When thinking up a business plan my husband and I kept asking ourselves "how can we use our business to give back?"
We have a heart and passion for people we haven't even met. Most people grow concern and interest after visiting other countries through mission trips or their travels. Us, however have yet to leave the US together. When choosing a charity and trying to narrow it down to a specific cause we couldn't. Our love for people isn't just for those in third world countries, but also our neighbors, our community and our nation. Living in Southern California you don't need to look far to find people in need.
So how could we just choose ONE cause. That we couldn't. So after some research we came to the conclusion that Samaritan's Purse was our cause.
They not only help and aid the U.S. but, they also pass boards and oceans to help people all over the world; from providing clean water, teaching farming skills, providing school supplies, natural disaster aid and the list goes on.
And though how could we not choose Samaritan's Purse after knowing all that they do our biggest WHY was their foundation as a non-profit organization is Jesus Christ.
